Karl Marx and the Industrial Revolution

Karl Marx was one of the first people to promote a union where all workers come together. He thought the workers should control the factories and also the government. He thought that the industrial revolution was a chance to make people work for enough money to keep them alive. While the bosses on the other hand had extreme wealth, and lived well. So basically he thought the workers should control everything and their wages should be based on what their doing and their performance. he also thought the value of the product depended on what the workers did to make it.
